Function description

The night light has three modes, shutdown, induction and constant on, which can be selected by the dial switch. After power on, rel will be lowered for 2S (light on for 2S), and then enter the normal working mode after 3.5s of high resistance blocking time：Rel is in high resistance state when no one was by (the light is not on);  if human movement is detected, rel is pulled down (the light is on)，timing lasts for 30s, repeatable trigger; charging is realized by charging management chip.
