HS23P6836

HS23P6836 is a low cost, high speed, high anti-interference, 8 bit CMOS microcontroller with RF transmission. The operating voltage is between 2.0 and 3.6V. When the battery is powered, it can ensure that most of the batteries can still be used normally before the battery is completely exhausted. Normal working temperature range is between -20℃ and 70℃. The chip is based on RISC architecture and has only 35 instructions. All instructions are one-cycle except for program jumps, which require two cycles. Internal integrated with 1K*13-bit disposable programmable read-only memory (OTP-ROM), power reset (POR), undervoltage, reset (BOR), watchdog timer, SRAM circuit, with sleep mode, working mode, etc.

The application bandwidth of the chip is between 300M~450MHz, which has remarkable advantages in terms of transmission power, working voltage and working temperature.

When the external load is 50ω, the output strength can reach up to +10dBm, which can meet the requirements of many small transmission systems. ASK/OOK (amplitude shift keying/on-off keying) mode is used to modulate data, with a maximum transmission rate of 10kbps. Only external crystal oscillator and a small number of peripheral devices can realize the transmitting function.

HS23P6836 is mainly suitable for the wireless remote control system with simple structure and small scale in industrial and consumer fields.
