HS0816

HS0816 is a specialized wireless receiver chip that can be used to demodulate ASK/OOK modulated high frequency wireless signals. The chip realizes data in and data out, and integrates low noise amplifier, band-pass filter, peak detection circuit, low-pass filter and comparator. The application circuit of the chip is simple, requiring very few components to receive signal. The chip will demodulated  the received RF signal, and output CMOS level data signal, which achieves "data in, data out". The operating voltage of the chip is 2.0-3.6V, the current consumption is 2.5mA at 3V, and the receiving bandwidth is greater than 150MHz, receiving sensitivity is better than -20dbm. Maximum bit rate is 5Kbit/s, operating temperature range is -30℃ to +85℃. This chip solution mainly applies to the simple structure and small system in the industrial and consumer fields.
