HS0810 is an integrated wireless receiver based on super-regeneration principle. HS0810 consists of low dropout regulator(LDO), low noise amplifier(LNA), super regenerative oscillator, dieout signal generator, envelope detection demodulation and other circuits. The chip works in the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) frequency band of 315MHz/433MHz and adopts OOK (On Off Keying) modulation mode.
The chip will demodulated the received RF signal, and output CMOS level data signal, which achieves "data in, data out". The operating voltage of the chip is 2.7-5.5V, the current consumption is 2.3mA at 5V, and the typical sensitivity is better than -105dBm. The maximum bit rate is 10Kbit/s and the operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to +85℃.
